Instructor Course Exam Schedule

AEPM, DWIE, DOEP, DWII For Certified Instructors Only

• Applicants must receive an exam eligibility notice with the exam date.
• Exams are scheduled once a month and are held in-person in Austin, Texas.
• The exam is 1 hour long.
• Applicants may only take one exam at a time.
• If the applicant fails the exam, they have 30 days to retake it. 
• If the applicant passes the exam, the license will be mailed.
